I'm now a professional in my dream job, balancing an amazing relationship, a healthy body, a healthy self image, my passions, my family and surrounding myself with good people. Me, today: 4.10.12

I’m proud of myself today! Catching up after almost 4 weeks of work travel has left me feeling tired and off my regular schedule. Even though I was exhausted, I found the World Happiness article and thought, “You know I haven’t done something to make myself feel good today…” So, I grabbed my gym bag and headed out the door. Even though tired, once I got into it, I wasn’t tired, and felt my stress melt away – so much better and I bet I’ll sleep better too!

Even though you’re tired, put effort into yourself, do something every single day that makes you happy!
