Bison Steak in Rosemary Oil & Garilc

1/2 lb bison steak seared medium rare with rosemary infused olive oil, garlic, celtic sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Sided with kale tossed with sauteed mushrooms and onions in the same rosemary oil. 

Heat oil in a flat pan on high heat for approx 30 seconds. Salt and pepper meat then sear on one side for 30-60 seconds. While that side is searing salt and pepper the top and flip, searing for another 30-60 seconds. (salt should equal no more than 1/2 tsp total) Reduce heat to med/med low and cover – cook until desired taste (for a 1.4″ thick cut: approx 5 min for rare, 8 – 10 for med, 10-15 for well done)
